Design

I did not study design at school. I reverse engineered it from apps I loved and from clients who needed posters before they needed anything else.

The habit that stuck came from the lab: observe first, then decide. I redesigned Spotify and YouTube Music without anyone asking, then designed a watch app for interval training. The difference between pretty and usable I learned by interviewing people at warehouse hubs.

A year of writing production code sits under all of it. I know what a developer can build in a sprint, so my screens tend to survive the handoff. Newest work sits first in the index.
